I have used Rajesh & team to remove a chimney breast. I was really impressed with the team's professionalism. They started on time and finished well within deadlines. They took care of cleaning everyday making sure that they left the property clean. Rajesh has a wealth of experience in building and construction and that really comes across. Great service from start to finish and the boys cleaned up making me and my wife happy as we didn’t have to do much afterwards. The boys arrived early each day and completed the decorations to the hallway, stairs, 3 bedrooms doors, Frames and moved new electrical sockets plus fitted a new radiator all in 6 days.. We have just completed a project with RKB and Son - converting a garage into bedroom and bathroom, with associated work to expand our kitchen space. 

I looked for a number of quotes when getting this work done. Rajesh waited till all approvals were done and detailed drawings prepared before giving me a quote - which was then never altered despite additional work having to be done. He was also patient in explaining what's involved in the work. 

Rajesh and his team were at the house every working day promptly before 7:30 and left before 4:30. We were living in the house when the work was going on (with two small children) but they took a lot of care to reduce the dust/disruption created. 

We used an independent inspector who reported that Rajesh was very prompt in keeping him informed and up to date on the materials used. As a result we got the completion certificate on the very day the work finished.

RKB and Son Building Services Ltd. Were extremely good in their quotation as well as building work for a conservatory. The quote was extremely competitive and the workmanship was excellent. The work was started and finished as per schedule. Nothing was too much trouble if any small alterations had to be done. The work force was friendly and the daily work always started on time. I also had a front garden boundary wall built. And this work was also carried out to a very high standard.

We will be using RKB for all are work in the future as they have supplied us with an excellent service. 

The two rooms that we had completed are fantastic. They did not bother anyone and carried out the work of removal of two chimney breasts without any fuss. My wife and I contracted Rajesh and his team to complete the renovation of our new house. This was not a large job for Rajesh, but did involve completing a new bathroom and Kitchen, all new doors (internal and external) leaving us just to paint. 

From the time Rajesh came over to quote for the job, he was very accommodating around what could be done for our budget and the time frames he could meet. He helped us purchase the correct materials for the work, and provided us with a fixed price quote to deliver the work. At no point after the price was agreed was it again questioned. He and his team worked exceptionally hard the complete the job, on which he did on time and to a great quality, with no further cost than quoted. 

Used RKB and Son to remove chimney breast in 2 floors and loft. Was happy throughout the entire engagement. They came quickly to provide a quote, offered a fair price, were available in relatively short notice and offered a hassle-free service. When I asked to fix a minor issue they were extremely responsive and offered a next-day service. Will be happy to use their service again.

At last I have found a building team who turn up on the correct day, know what they are doing, do what they say they will, work hard, behave professionally and finish things to a high standard! RKB and Son were redecorating and making good the through lounge after I had the DPC done, plus a couple of smaller things round the house. It has been a really good experience having Rajesh and his team working for me... unlike my experiences with other builders!! They were trustworthy, polite and respectful, I was kept informed about what they were doing, given choices where applicable and have seen my job completed really well.
